Vialto Partners emerged from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a standalone brand in global mobility, combining over 170 years of legacy expertise with the energy and ambition of a forward-looking startup. Our team worked to create a digital experience and brand identity simultaneously, positioning Vialto as a leader in global workforce mobility. By focusing on a seamless user experience, scalable technology, and a people-centric message, we delivered a platform that supported Vialto’s rapid and impactful market launch.


the problem

PwC recognized the rapidly evolving needs of global workforces and identified an opportunity to address these challenges through a dedicated brand. However, with an expedited timeline for market entry, Vialto Partners required a digital presence that could achieve multiple objectives:

  1. Establish a forward-looking identity while honoring its legacy.

  2. Position itself as a people-centric brand offering “Global People Solutions” rather than traditional “Global Mobility Services.”

  3. Deliver a user-friendly and scalable platform that could grow with the company’s needs.

Through a comprehensive discovery phase, we uncovered a unifying insight: employees and clients believed global mobility had the potential to be a force for good. This shifted Vialto’s positioning and became the foundation for our strategy, emphasizing its people-first approach.

Our team adopted a collaborative and agile approach to meet Vialto’s ambitious goals. The strategy was grounded in user research, which informed every stage of the project. Personas were defined to reflect the needs of key stakeholders, shaping the website’s structure, content strategy, and design.

The website strategy emphasized clarity, accessibility, and scalability. A modular design approach was implemented, showcasing Vialto’s technical capabilities and allowing for flexibility in future updates. The design brought the brand’s ambition to life with a clean, modern aesthetic that balanced professionalism with approachability. The platform tied seamlessly to the broader brand strategy, reflecting Vialto’s mission to empower global workforces.

To support the client’s long-term needs, we created a robust UI kit and component library. This facilitated a seamless developer handoff and empowered Vialto’s in-house team to iterate on designs, create new pages, and update the brand as needed.
